Deposit Policy: All reservations will require an advance deposit to be made with a valid credit card for fifty percent (50%) of your total stay. The deposit is refundable, less a 5% processing fee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancelation Policy: Cancelations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiting one hundred (100%) of your stay.
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM and
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
No Smoking: There is no smoking allowed in the cabins or at the pool.
NO Pets and NO Fireworks.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and Cash.
Tax: Rooms rates do NOT include sales tax.
